Johnny Nyberg, I have been following you for quite the time now. I can see how this whole story about "Zoey" affects you, but hear my advice: Move on! This person cannot give you anything of good, just forget. Let the past be past. I think you are getting worked up over something that does not matter in any way. You should just get out with your friends and do something normal people do - watch a movie at the cinema, hang out to talk a bit, that sort of stuff. It is important to have a healthy social life.
